App crashed yesterday... I'm using it for about 6 months now, and it worked properly until yesterday. When I'm trying to log in, the app closes itself. Looks like this problem appeared after the last update. Can someone help me with a possible solution. Thank you in advance!

The app is slow and takes a while to connect with my garage and gate every single time when I need to open or close. The idea behind the app is great if it works.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.Works rarely and gives a "connection is busy, try again later". That makes the app useless. Go fix this!!!

Up until a few weeks ago I used to receiveb notifications when my garage door operated. I have tried turning the power off and on to the garage and this has worked previously. Tried logging out and in of the app too. I can see in the device record of the app, just don't get notified on it anymore. Is there an app issue, or is there something I can do to make it work.

Useless most of the time when trying to open the gate. Also, no parameters can be set through the application even though, they claim so, and a pave is available in the app for that, it will do nothing about the configuration parameters. Out of blue, I can't even access my gate, it says wrong password, and requests for the pin that when I insert, it does absolutely nothing.

Well.. I have installed this app for my gate opener. Login should be done by e-mail address and not a named account. Further is it not really functioning properly over the internet. Also adding user accounts should be done by the owner (by e-mail). This is easier to maintain also easier to remove users (which is not possible now)... There is a lot of rethink an redesign to do with this app. Basic functionality is okay.....

The Chow app is very well designed and easy to use. However, the app opens quickly, but the network connection with the boxer gate motor is very slow starting at approx. 15 seconds or longer to connect or failing completely. Making the task of open/close/pedestrian activation a long process. Also the same behaviour over 2.4ghz WiFi or mobile data. In addition, the gate activation notifications stopped working when I upgraded my Google Pixel 4xl to Android 11. It was working on Android 10 prior.
