Honestly this was a good app/platform last summer but every update they have added some how made it worse and worse and overall more complicated and lag more. hate to see it. Update: I have started to notice since they have added the premium version with a monthly subscription features that were free are now locked behind a pay wall. So thanks for that I guess

Would be better if it stayed functional. I tried to purchase the premium version but it only shows me a quick pop up bill for a yearly payment plan and no other option or way to change it. And then I can't even submit a support ticket and just said html error each time, so really kinda lost on what to do with this app.

Works well on pc, but not really the mobile app. whenever I click on a medal link from anywhere, it'll take me to the website on my web browser, but then it'll automatically close the tab, open the app, then not show the clip from the link. If they would let me just stay on the website, or actually show me the clip I clicked on, I wouldn't uninstall

The quality is ok, but I'm having the problem of when I clip any videos there will be no audio even though the game I play has audio, so I miss out on so much content, so please can you release a update and I'll give your app a five star. And when I clip the clips show as 0 seconds long, and have like 10 seconds of being idle it'll quit recording, so then I have nothing to go and clip.

It doesn't clip half the time and I have lost dozens of clips because of it. The mobile app usually doesn't load videos and the desktop app is so slow and laggy it might as well not work. Oh but great they have added a paid premium option and STILL haven't fixed the issues I've been having since **2021**. Do not use this software, use something else.

Great services but horrible mobile app. The interface changes every month or so to be completely different and in different areas, meaning you have to spend forever exploring the app, which in of itself is very buggy and takes ages to load thumbnails. All in all every next update they do just tries to copy TikTok but always falls on its face. Really annoying.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is well, the app is perfect. It's unlike any other app I've used. It's the best one out there. But theres one problem. It needs game audio support. If this could be worked on asap then that would be great because if you're playing a music game and do something cool it won't clip the music. Thanks.

👍🏾 The actual recording quality captured (maximum of two mins) was fine in fact very good. The customization was good although I hope to see more added. 👎🏾 The reason why I'm giving this such low stars is because later I found out that for some reason while I'm in a game (codm) or other application like youtube it created a no-touch dead zone near the top where you would pull down the notification shade. 🤝🏾 So for now it will stay at 2 stars and uninstalled until the bug is patched.
