A poorly designed app. Typical of many designs of software or systems in Taiwan, this app is very user-unfriendly, even user-hostile. The most important functions that one needs , such as route planning, are hidden somewhere so difficult to find that you'll feel defeated and helpless if you're running late. The page font is very small and crammed with useless stuffs. Very complicated. Very cumbersome to navigate the page. Totally useless. One can only imagine it's designed by some bureaucrats.

That APP does have English, which is great. However, you won't be getting about 99% of the features of the Chinese Version. You get basic stuff like station locations and exits. There is NO option to check when trains are leaving or arriving like in the Chinese version. The English version has been really dumbed down. There's really no reason tonhave this APP installed for English speakers.

After 4years since my last review, still no English option. Not for tourists or non-locals, yet when you launch it, you will see a few English phases. Very silly.

Bloatware full of advertising. No English option, why is this so hard for government agencies in Taiwan? Isn't Taiwan supposed to be bilingual in less than 10 years?

Would love to give you 5 ⭐ because I believe we have the best MRT in the world but unfortunately the app is in Chinese. Please I'm begging you, please provide an English version
