Not neuro divergent friendly. The painfully slow sideshows need an option for turning off. Should be able to press skip when I want. Not when I'm thought to have finished reading. The slow pace means I struggle to retain the information, because by the time Im allowed to move onto the next slide, I've disconnected and zoned out, or I'm at the beginning of a meltdown from the frustration of how slow it all is.

Appears to provide link to each course that then loads on devices default browser, which didn't load properly causing an endless loop and almost no progress through modules. Found much easier to use my usual preferred browser to access via company website rather than use this app, sorry have uninstalled. Tried to use again recently and still app is terrible!

APP was great. My password was saved so I didn't have to remember it but since update that has changed and I can't remember my password. Unfortunately, when I click on forgotten password it won't let me. Keeps saying that the service is unavailable. So I no longer have access.

really terrible app for training on line. videos stick or freeze, and you have to start again, links do not work. can't logging using a compute has to be an Ipad or smart phone. Complete time wasting when you have to do training in your own time not in working hours.. would give it 1 star of i had my way.

The most awful app I have ever used. Only using due to training for work. Login never works, doesn't save progress properly. Formatting is terrible. Professional companies wanting to use as training for their employees please use alternative providers as it is painfully slow and will waste yours and employees time!!

This is people's work! Fix the problems! Angers me when I see so many complains for so long and nothing is done about it. This isn't just a game app, people HAVE to use this for work, I'm one of them, I don't trust this app at all, if I don't do my courses, I get it in the neck by my boss. I gave it 2 stars because the app never loads up properly, and I don't get told when I have a course come up, but (so far) the actual courses do run ok, when I realise I have one.

Wont load more than the first 2 questions of a few of the modules. Annoying when you sit through the learning and cannot provide the answers to get the work done. Tries restaring a course and the same thing happened. Utter joke. Managed to get 2 out of 17 done so far.

It's not helping at all - I'm not progressing - I fail to log in with same details I registered with - when I go to trouble shooting I don't get the code on time. It's frustrating. Do I have to keep asking for a code to log in or do I have to keep changing my password all the time I do the training. It's time consuming when I wait for days just to a code through your app - I need to get going to complete the training. The only time I got the code was wheni emailed support
