They changed the way the magazine loads and downloads on androids and now if I'm not somewhere with a great connection I can't read an article when I want to, even then it takes forever to load. I reached out to customer service but they didn't get back to me. Will be canceling. Update: I have reached out to customer service two more times. Still no response.

Downloading the app is free, that's it. Unless you want to start paying to see more than just content pages. There should be an app similar to the WH website (free content)
