Before the pandemic, O2 phone connections, including mobile data connections, were fantastic. However, the phone line connection, including mobile data usage, used to be exceedingly low in signal. Now, it has become bad to worse. I've already seen so many awful reviews about this over the past few years, but O2 doesn't seem to care about any of their customers' reviews to make any adjustments to it.

Just a white screen. I need to top up my balance in the next couple of days or it's going to cost me a fortune. This is totally unacceptable. I see others are saying the same thing. This needs to be urgently addressed. I've restarted the app and cleared the cache several times but makes no difference at all. Edit: it's now saying something went wrong and it can't show me my account. This is unacceptable, I need to top up!!!

This app is extremely slow to load. Even when I have enough signal to watch YouTube videos or use online banking apps without any issues, this app just takes forever to load and navigate through. If you don't have WiFi connection forget being able to load this app at all. If I can watch YouTube or netflix without any issues then I have no idea what this app is struggling so hard to load. Very slow and clunky. Awful app.

Great app but in the last few months it has randomly started opening, whilst doing something else, at a screen saying 'thank you for adjusting your accessibility settings.' Update Oct 24. STILL doing this. Has gotten worse, if anything. (and it popped up whilst typing this...)

Stressful to navigate. All monies owed need to be itemised all on one page including multiple accounts, It's simple Contract. Airtime. Insurance. Foreign call centres also stressful. Can hear other operators talking in the background. reception is not good and hard to understand operators accent .

Had no issues with o2 for years, used them most of my life. No issues with signal when i lived in northern england, canada or america but since moving down south o2 has been about as much use as a chocolate teapot, terrible signal, terrible service when trying to sort signal out, absolutely useless as a company and as a service provider.

The app could be better to navigate. Sometimes too many things to click on to get to what I need. Also when I want to check extra charges on my bills, it has never been available until after my bills have been produced. Why not let people see what they have spent extra before their bills are produced so they know what extra they are paying for beforehand

I can't actually view a proper bill or download a PDF copy as the download option doesn't work. The only "view bill" options are limited to seeing a bunch of vague line items in boxes on the screen with drop downs that don't provide more details. What are you hiding?! Why won't you let customers access their bills on the app?
