Keeps crashing. Wouldn't take PayPal or then took credit card details and then crashed. Waste of time. Booked direct with ferry company. Forgot to say... even when I tried to log into my account and asked for a password reset link... the link was received but then was told that the link had expired...even though only a minute old... really can't be bothered with the app...waste of my precious time. RUBBISH...

App keeps crashing so I can't book. Eventually able to message with Molly ( helpful ), passed it onto the aFerry team to look at the app. Had to book with another app this time. Tried several attempts with this app, reinstalling, emptying cache etc. but nothing works anymore.

Don't hesitate to use this app. I have travelled between England and the Netherlands (so France too) for the last 30 years and this app gives me hands down the best times and prices of all the ferry apps. Plus it's quick and convenient. Very nice designed.

I have used Aferry for a number of years now and never had any problems with either the booking process or making any amendments. Recently I had to change a booking and customer services were very helpful and efficient, I am very grateful. Thanks again for your help.

There seems to be a bit of a scam going on. Last year it was impossible to book pets onto a crossing except by booking and then amending a ticket, paying to amend it. This year when you book 2 pets onto a crossing the booking system only shows 1. So you have to amend it and pay again. This happened to me. I then found that the ticket was still only showing 1 pet and ended having to pay extra at the port. I did get a refund, but only for 1 of the 2 extra payments I had made. So beware.

App would not give me confirmation of my booking, couldn't contact customer services because email wouldn't get to me, which I needed to contact the CS, What kind of customer service is that, tho took my money. Took me two hours to sort out a cancellation, luckily by paypal! So, no, wouldn't recommend to anyone! Now to uninstall!

No customer service contact options. There is no way I can message the customer service, no email , no phone number. I simply can't talk with them to sort a problem. Also the app keeps asking to log in as it doesn't remember my log in credentials. Easy to use but useless when you have a problem to solve

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used! I've found a ferry and price was £131, then I thought why not to log in to get additional 5% off? After login to get discount the price rised up to £134. What kind of discount is this? Then I sterted to search in Google for the same ferry and in a few minutes I've found exactyly identical ferry in price of £127. Deleate this app as I did
