Love the options it provides by not having to go into a provider. The only issues I have had have been connectivity issues when moving about my house and my phone switches from one access point to another. When that happens it sometimes drops my session.

This app is a piece of trash, I've made 5 attempts to see a doctor on multiple devices on data and on WiFi every time it seems like it was connecting me to a doctor it would disconnect me saying connection interrupted. Then I'd log back in and it would say I have a visit in progress and if I'd like to rejoin then the app crashes.

Pretty neat! I've used the app twice, one time for a bad cold and the second time for a UTI. Both times I was able to get meds filled pretty much immediately and also the providers were able to write me a doctors note for work, and also order labwork. My primary care doctor's schedule books up really quickly so I wouldn't have been able to get in for a few days if I didn't have the app. And also, most insurances cover the visit with a $0 copay :-)

Everything was very good except that the video cut out 3 or 4 times in about 8 minutes! This must be remedied! Otherwise, it's an excellent option if a clinic visit isn't at that time. *Update: Today's appointment via NowClinic was perfect. App did not cut out at all. Easy interface, with excellent quality video and crystal clear audio. Thanks, devs, for a job well done!👍😁

Two quick things: Firstly, it seems like this app doesnt release bluetooth properly. What I mean by this is if you use a bluetooth device when speaking with a provider, when you end the session by pressing End, and switch to another app, audio does not play. It works if you completely kill the app. I tested this with Spotify and VLC. Secondly, copay values arent displayed; this might be impossible to implement properly. Otherwise, a surprisingly well designed app. Great end user experience.

I admit, I wasn't thrilled about convenient care being closed down and replaced with online video visits, but admittedly...it's not that bad. The actual application is quite simple, nothing too complicated. Seeing someone took maybe 30ish minutes? Not that long, tbh . It would've taken longer actually going to the doctors office, lol. I'm pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy everything was.

Providers are caring and knowledgeable and always get done what I needed. Love the Now Clinic! I recommend it to any and everyone. I was just going to update my rating but couldn't get any better! I love this app, it is so helpful especially when I work during most business hours and find it hard to be seen. Seriously...you gotta try it.
Just Me
The app works pretty well. I had no trouble with the forms or with the visit. The physician was pleasant and knowledgeable. The video was clear and the audio was at a good level. I appreciate having an app like this, as I do not like to leave home a lot. Thank You for the convenience and flow of the NowClinic.
