The app is only functional if you are booking a long ride. For a "short" 3-4km ride, you do not get a driver and wait for somebody to accept. I had to wait 25 minutes, and even after calling Yellow Taxi, no car arrived. If you also call a taxi via phone, they do not allocate you a car and you do not know when a car will arrive. It's a no value for the user system and with a terrible customer service.

You spend so much time and money, advertising to people how it's best to pay with saved debit card - meanwhile none of your drivers will actually answer to such a request!! The option is very convenient but it might be best to remind your drivers of this, since each time I've placed a request and chosen saved card as a payment method - no one picks it up. As soon as I request it anew with "cash" as the payment method - "miraculously" there are cars available now.. It's a complete waste of time!

This app simply doesn't work if you somehow reset your phone. It is a nightmare to set it up again. It requires an email to send you a recovery code but never sends one. No matter how many times you request a new code. Basically, it becomes usles if you have to reinstall the application.

iffy. i am regular customer about 2 times week. this service has many problems including but not limited to ride 'confirmed' but no shows about 15%, extremely difficult if not impossible to reach company if there is a problem. drivers can reject booking for no reason and without giving a reason. i am handicapped so getting to physical therapy is important. however similar issues with other companies

Worst service ever !!! I have pre-ordered Taxi for the next morning and there was no car, when I called to phone of the company and they tell my that they don't guarantee the time of reservation. And after 10 min they tell that the car is not coming if I want to wait more!!!! My booking was for central Bus station, I missed my bus.... AND THIS IS ONLY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CALL IF THERE IS NO CAR , I NEEDED TO CALL AND WAIST TIME. DON'T ORDER EVER !!!!

App works fine, cars and drivers are ok, but booking reliability is a huge questionmark ... and without timely feedback. I would clearly consider alternatives.

When I open the app, it asks me for an email, I entee it and I get an error that email has been used already. But there's no other option, so it's impossible to log in??? This is ridiculous.

After scheduling an electric car for an early morning ride to catch an international bus, at the time the car was supposed to have arrived I received a phone call from an operator that there is no electric car available. When I pointed out that the whole concept of ordering a car in advance is so that they can organize and provide it on time, the operator became as rude as they get and said she'll reroute the order to the available regular cars. No one picked it up and we nearly missed our bus.
