In total, the app is very useful. I have two improvement points: - The location refreshing takes too long. The current location of the driver while waiting the taxi is somewhat late. - When the driver cancels the ride, the app behaves as if the customer canceled the ride, which is not the actual situation. These cancellations must be differed by the app.

I was only able to use the app once; the rest of the time, I couldn't find a driver. And when a taxi did arrive, the drivers asked for 3-4 times the price quoted in the app. I don't understand why the app can't provide an accurate fare estimate that automatically adjusts based on demand and traffic. It leaves you with a terrible feeling: are they trying to scam you as a tourist, or is the app just not working properly? And the icing on the cake: I am now requested to pay cancellation fee 25 TL.

Downloaded this app to avoid being over charged by local taxis and that's exactly what happened. I entered my credit cards before requesting to avoid paying taxi directly. There is some loophole in which the taxi makes the payment cash and then shows all these extra charges. I was charged 3922 TL for a taxi from the airport to my hotel when the app promised it was 2530 TL. But there is no way to prove it once the app changed my payment method to cash. Don't know how or why it happened.

The app’s purpose is undermined by an issue where too many drivers accept a job but then cancel once they’re nearby or after picking up the passenger. This allows them to set their own rates without the meter running, which has happened to me multiple times.

I had a bad experience with this app in Istanbul. I was supposed to pay around 6 euros for the trip, but once in the car, the driver demanded 35 euros. We negotiated down to 20 euros after he claimed no one would take me to Sultanahmet Square due to traffic. He didn’t cancel the trip, so I was charged 230 TL on my card, which he refunded 200, and I paid him 20 euros in cash. The driver also filled out all the ratings himself. I was shocked by this behavior and wouldn’t recommend

First time using it in Istanbul, when we get in the car driver cancelled the ride (bitaksi charged me 25 tl because "I didn't showed up") and asked where we going (I set all this in app) and asked for 40 eur (250 tl was the price in the app). On my comment on the ride in the app nobody contacted me or refund my money. Don't recommend it to use it in Istanbul for sure.

App and drivers are scamming tourists. Shown price on the app was 120-150TL, when arrived at the destination app charged 260TL+ 30 app fee (Istanbul from Nisantasi to Taksim square), taximeter on the drivers mirror showed cca 150TL. Im not Turkish and cannot argue about the price, but this is obviously a scam and false advertising. Avoid if possible.

I have recently used this taxi service for the first time and I advise people not to use their taxi service because their driver whose vehicle number is 34-ZEM-20 is morally corrupt. . He has charged me more than 160 TL application fee in addition,to my fare there will be more like him so be careful. The app is good, but the drivers are probably not good.
