The idea is great but it doesn't work. I don't care about sweatcoin or tracking. I want someone to get a message if I crash. Issues: 1.Tracking usually doesn't work. The map shows movement but no record of km. Worked about 1 in 5 starts. 2.Battery use: 5-10% per hour! 3.False alert when I was home, no sound, just vibration so I didn't notice in time to cancel the countdown (30s: can't be changed), the app crashed at 0 + didn't send the alert. No point if no alert! 4.Needs mobile data to work?

I liked the idea of this app, so i set it up, but then discovered that some things are broken - for instance I can't edit my emergency contacts, which basically renders the app useless, as it can't send alerts to anyone. Logged a support call about a month ago but have had no response. Deleted my account and uninstalled the app

The concept behind Busby is genius: Use your phone's built in hardware to act as an incident detection device. The closest thing I can think of is a marine MOB device, the Apple watch, or a fall detection tag. Except Busby is free! Even the premium option is cheaper by miles. The app gets regular updates and new features, which is great. Plus it works at slower speeds like walking or cycling. Busby is the sort of thing more developers should focus on.

This app is amazing and it is very efficent. I have tested it if the fall the detection would work and most times it did. It is also very good at detecting false alerts. But my major problem is when the screen is off. The notification doesnt help and the only way to contact someone is to open the phone which might not be possible. So i wish when a fall is detected even if the phone if off it will show a full screen pop up to help. Great app though!

If it would work, it would be great. I got false triggers when taking phone out of my pocket or when phone sitting on lap. Has also locked up app twice and required 3 times that I sign in again. Buzzer stopped working on 3rd ride. Only had it 1 week. I hope these issues can be fixed because it's a brilliant idea, could be a life saver but false triggers with no buzzer are unacceptable.

Overall very good and a thoughtful team at Busby. There is a current issue (being worked on) with GPS status showing incorrectly but if you press 'GO' it does work as normal. Emergency contacts can be added using the plus function straight from your phone contacts which is great - the contact search function did not work for me but again the Busby team were quick to respond and are looking at it. Keep up the good work !

didn't work. I set it up, started it, then went out for a bike ride. After about 14 miles I tested it by throwing my phone on the ground at about 15mph and disnt touch the phone for about 1 minute. no alert nothing. so then I tried having it on the screen and again dropped it, left it and no alert. running s20+. They tried to help but then stopped replying to my emails as more issues arose.

Often crashes, hangs up as soon as it was put in background. Nice to have the option to collect sweatcoins, but no option to transfer them to sweat wallet, therefore since no access to them, these are just like numbers in a video games. Looks good, but worthless...
