Constantly having issues clocking in and out, app is fully responsive till it's time to time in/out then all of a sudden it doesn't work, probably spent a total of 10 minutes this week trying to clock in/out

This app works when it wants to so it sucks.. It doesn't back up the clock in/out times when there are no signal, especially where I live next to a police training facility (lots of signal interference). Their customer service is rude with no help whatsoever. Even when I'm outside, I often get a notification "can't connect to servers", most likely due to low data and GPS signal. Such an easy code to write by doing a simple back up if servers fails, but the developer team is just incompetent.

terrible app. login issues. won't let you log in sometimes. Doesn't allow enough space to write a complete sentence in the text boxes.

The absolute worst app I've ever experienced. The app crashes every day when it's time for me to clock out or will say I clocked out and then Not clock out. I have to force close and reboot my phone everyday since downloading this app. Absolutely horrid. No way to finalize your hours at the end of the week nor check to see if data is correct. Patient has tough time signing and 40 characters is not enough to make notes! That voice reminder at the end of the shift is also horrid.

Very hard to clock-in and clock-out. I am compelled to continue to click many times about a minute before I'll be clocked-in or clocked-out.

Shuts down every time I try to start or end a session when I put my ID in...it takes 3 or more tries to log in to start a session or to clock out.... This app sends false reminders I did not clock in when I did. I constantly get random voice reminders my session is going to end when it's not even anywhere near the end of my schedule. This app is extremely problematic and difficult.

The state use this app so the agencies can sign in and out and get paid. The state also know that it has flaws and it don't work who will use an app to sign in and out. All the states knows whoever thought about this is retarded. Apps have bugs if you can't hire an IT person that can't tweak it. The state needs to come up with a better signing in and out take a picture of the person signing in and out something. The state all they want is people money They don't really care about other issue.
GRACEFUL HEARTS HOME CARE SERVICES
App needs lots of work . Aide are not able to clock in an out properly from shifts . Time sheets don't print to compliance when printed in the office. There should be a perimeter setting to clocking in an out at location not just a warning because aide can override warning. Should not be letting aides clock in in a hole different town that's just crazy
