My app is set up to track steps & sleep. But it is not accurate at all. It hasn't tracked my steps for a week, even though I "sync data" a few times a week. My husband has the same issue so it's not just user error. We have tried everything (disconnecting, uninstalling) but it only randomly syncs. Very frustrating.

The app is great for browsing, seeing your card, and how much you've spent for the year. It is atrocious if you are trying to search for specialized Behavioral Health Providers. They have preselected categories, which is useless if you dont need either category. If you click the search bar, now you get results for internal medicine or some other category. Calling won't answer general questions without a bunch of verification. Ultimately app is a waste

The app sucks! Can't even get logged in! I keep an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 different times, restarted my phone, updated, and called customer service 3times as well. So far nothing has helped. I'm actually on the phone on hold waiting for a tech support ticket number. I was told it will take 3-5 days before someone will contact me after they see what's going on (and hopefully fix it). I need to be able to log in so I can use the scanner! Grrrrrr! Very frustrated!

Most recent update absolutely destroyed the search feature. It used to work great, I was able to search different providers without a problem. Now, it doesn't return a result half of the time. I tested it by searching some of my current providers who I know are in-network, and they didn't even show up as a result. Certainly gives the impression that it's pay-to-play for doctors to ensure they are searchable on UHC.

The app will log you off if you look at another screen like for addresses or phone numbers. The find a doctor section does not work well at all, takes forever to load, will not load doctors when I click on them. also it flashes like it is not loading correctly. This app is very buggy and not working well. You would think with the billions of dollars United healthcare has they would get an app that works.

app is not working properly, don't let me sign in on app, and on web everything is the way it's not suppose, from the las update is really bad, and they added dependent where they not suppose to be. this update kill this app. from end of July, I cant login on the app, web page is not friendly, I cant select a new PCP, a can't search for anything. I call service several time, always say something things diferent, open a ticket, and 2 day later they say problem is solve, and it's not.

Synching with Google fit does not work such that I cannot work on my goals to receive rewards. Provider search is also not working properly as it crashes every so often when trying to look at the provider details. Can't search/filter for preferred providers either, or within a 100mi there is no one. Fingerprint sign in does not work either and wants to send an SMS to verify it's me every time I try this option.

The app is always crashing. Hard to find an in-network provider in an emergency case when it won't work. I ended up at out of network hospital. Had to take a star away, you've done nothing to fix this app. Not worth the bother. It won't even let me log into it anymore. Tells me it has an issue try back later.
