The app always has a pop-up asking to turn on notification when it is turned off. The close button in small and needs several clicks at times to close. So what you get get when notification is turned on? All ads in notification. I paid for the AC and the app service. Why fill it with ads? Hire a better marketing team. Your current team is lazy.

App has good potential but its always failing to connect with the ac the first time. i have to relaunch the app a couple of times for it to show AC online and/or for ac to respond to the remote. PS: this is not a wifi or my phones issue, its the app that fails to connect the first time i open it because it works in the 4th or 5th relaunch attempt. I tried reinstalling and updating 100 times.

Overall, it is fine, but it is missing two features (available in LG Thinq) that can add more functionality to the app. 1. It doesn't show the indoor temp. Only the set temp. Data is already there from the sensors. It shouldn't be hard to add. 2. Power consumption is only shown the next day. There is no real-time power consumption, which can show how different cooling modes, temp, etc, are affecting the power usage.

For anyone who has not purchased the Panasonic AC yet. Don't!!! I purchased mine a year back, and within 5 months, the product showed issues. We have called for servicing many times, and I must say it's a waste of time and money. They have not fixed the issue to date, and other problems have started coming up. The AC regularly just throws air instead of a fluent air flow, and it just started making weird noises. The app doesn't detect and hence doesn't connect. A big NO to Panasonic.

The AI in the app appears to be a gimmick. Sometimes it works sometimes it just does not work at automatically changing the temperature,fan speed nothing works!!! Fix it ASAP! Update: After the latest update AI works excellent. Perfectly controls the mode, fan speed and temperature.

Update 26/08/2024- few days back they have provided an update to this app and after that "Connection failed not able to reach the server" message is popping up. Warrenty details are not showing anymore. App is unable to connect to AC. The AI option is working even though the normal turn on button most of times are not working from yesterday. Update- 17/05/2024 App is not working again, I am auto logout from the app for no reason and forgot password is not working.

App is decent The UI can be a made a lot smoother with animations. Suggestions: - Give option to directly set desised Fan Speend & Airflow Direction in Dropdown instead of Toggling through all the options one by one. (Similar to how you do for Converti7 options with Dropdown) - Give option to disable AC beep sound (Very annoying at night) - Give a dedicated button to check current room temp (currently we have to switch to Fan or Dry mode, then AC shows room temp).

I spent extra money on a Panasonic smart AC to monitor energy consumption accurately, but it turned out to be a disappointment. It sometimes skips daily consumption data and misses short usage periods like 1 or 2 hours. Real-time tracking isn’t available either.
