Blatant false advertising as you took away multipoint connection in both of your apps. (Which was confirmed to me by a member of your own customer service team) I bought the Space headphones with this feature listed in your product description, both on Amazon and your own website. I am certainly getting a refund and will never be using any Soundpeats product ever again.

Firmware upgrades aren't working for the Q35 HD+. After the transfer bar completes, the app shows a message saying "waiting for the device to restart to complete upgrade." I hear the headphones say "power on" but they don't reconnect to the phone. After waiting over 5 minutes, I have to manually power cycle the headphones but when I go to check the firmware version, it's still the old 0.0.9. The upgraded 0.1.0 version doesn't stick.

Well, as I learned during their update/blackout yesterday, the app has to connect to their servers to actually function. So if their site goes down, you can't mess with anything in the app. Tested it today by turning off my wifi and mobile data, and same issue, app blanks out and crashes. Use the old app if you can. I'm positive it's all spyware at this point, but at least the other one has a fallback and functions without Internet.

I'm not sure why they didn't just update the old app, but this new one works good. I had to register a new account which is weird. BUT, now I have a custom 10 band equalizer and I can customize the earbuds buttons or disable them completely! That's a welcome improvement. All the old equalizer presets are still there in case you like them. Everything works smoothly, no lags or glitches or anything. THANKS SOUNDPEATS! Still jammin my Capsule 3 Pro earbuds they're great!

This my first time ever using this app and it won't let me even type in the field to enable my extended warranty. Then after trying several times and closing it doesn't show the extended warranty option that pops up during first setup of the Capsule3 Pro+. It also reorders the letters by jumping the cursor around when typing in the activation code as well as your first time creation of the password. It doesn't allow pasting into the registration fields during first setup so be careful.

I will edit this if I figure out workarounds, but I have a 15-band global EQ on my phone already (SpotEQ), and this interferes with it. The EQ page immediately causes changes when you click on it, even without messing with the EQ. I had to create a "flat" EQ to continue using my better EQ, and this app disables my EQ if I ever accidentally click the EQ page on the app (not even adjust it). The battery and tap settings are nice, but they need to either make a better EQ or allow you to disable it

Unable to use this app, I have capsule 3 pro +, they are connected but the app is not working. It just keeps loading and some times gives network error. And without the app all of soundpeats earbuds sound bad, I have checked this. So please fix this issue. Otherwise, everyone will stop buying your products.

The app is incredibly frustrating. Every time I open it, I have to reconnect my Bluetooth device, even though it’s already connected. Reopening the app requires the same process, which is slow and unreliable. Sometimes it only shows the earbuds' battery or gives a request timeout. It's extremely annoying and the worst part is that you need a internet connection to open the app which is completely irrational from a utility point of view because apart from updates it is completely unnecessary.
