I did contact support yesterday (2024-01-14) but no response by email so far. Only the response to contact them (which I already did) by email. I'd much preferred a response to my email... Zoiper keeps crashing since a few weeks (on the same phone as for the past two years). It automatically sends crash reports (to whom? How do I stop it?). And how can the constant crashing be stopped? I'll give you the 5* back when the issue is fixed. This issue is - 10 days later! - still unresolved.

great interface and reliable. main gripe i have is when i have the phone set to dial out with a different cid it only shows that number in my call history instead of the number i called.... makes it diffucult to look through my call history quickly. but ive tried some other apps and this one seems to be the winner overall

The app has never been reliable. Fails more than it works. Also I purchased the pro premium version with push notifications and zoiper has recently removed that function and is offering to sell it to me again. What a joke. Terrible app. Don't waste your money.

very well behaved and .. so far .. reliable I had zoiper a LONG time ago. it did not work well. so I migrated to bria. had bria for years. it worked fine. but last month there was some huge issue with payment. was SO screwed up. tried for days to resolve the problem. bank said they'd been paid. bria said they had not. they turned it off. so, I migrated back to Zoiper. I am EXTREMELY happy with Zoiper now. would not switch back to Bria. I think sound, etc is superior with Zoiper.

kicked out of registration months after purchasing it, support takes its time and useless. Didn't change anything about my phone, all of sudden demoted to unregistered user when purchased license only months ago. tried their troubleshooting steps to no avail. support took a week before returning my email with "try our troubleshooting steps."

I paid for the software so i have push notifications in my devices.... Even not showing the correct calling account it was working.... NOW AFTER UPDATE NEED TO PAY EXTRA PER YEAR SUBSCRIPTION TO HAVE THIS OPTION without been informed before Now I dont know why i paid for the paid version i dont know even what is the difference of paid version vs free version "About this app ZoiPer Premium - includes all advanced features found in Zoiper Gold." Every feature need to get paid extra... Dissapointed

Continues to works as expected. Good softphone. Update - I have used this app for the past 8 years. It works reliably. I have the pro version so I can have multiple phone numbers connected through it. It is my connection to my personal and business phone numbers. I like that all my VPN numbers send and receive text messages. When I am traveling, I connect through the hotspot on my cell phone and make and receive calls consistently. Recommend Zoiper.

App frequently gets stuck trying to connect to SIP servers until the app is restarted. This makes the app useless since I don't generally prearrange phone calls. Tech support will only send you links to the less-than-helpful FAQ (e.g. if there were a typo in the SIP server settings then it wouldn't be fixed by restarting the app now would it?). It's been years and the app has never worked right so I don't have any hope that these bugs will ever be fixed.
