The app is a wise choice for some significant savings. My order got delivered the same day and I saved about 35% of the total bill by opting for alternative medicines. Worst service ever, they are misleading the customer with wrong information. I recently brought some medicine from the app where it had clearly mentioned 1 pack contains 5 units and I booked 3 pack, but all I received was 3 units of medicine. When I reached out to the customer care, they told me that it is part of sales team and they cannot do anything and they told they have raised the ticket for sales team and they will reach out to me in 20min. But no one reached out. Never use this app.

Useless app don't download and order from this app. I wanted to cancel my order .but when i try to reach them they are not co operating and saying press 2 and Hang out.

Don dowload this app anybody if u want to save life by medicines don order on this simply no use of it they just send and theri losgistic partner tell not avilbe the consignee that too without calling very bad serive if any people want to take routine medicine this app is not good for them very very very very bad serivce by these people. Its not bad weather they don deliver just I know of very well I saw of yesterday I literaly went there and saw don buy here

Really bad experience, not updating the status properly, one person says med will b delivered tmrw other says no stock available.. n moreover all this status I had to call n get, they NVR updated n also cancelling order without informing me n updated status as cancelled by user.
