I couldn't get past the registration screen because it kept asking me if I had a connection which I do. Tried this 5 times finally got sick of it and quit. Fix the app and I'll try it again.

The worst Taxi service. I had them through my medicaid & I had Dr. Appt. that I couldn't miss & did because when they were supposed to be there to pick me up & weren't there I'd call & they were still looking for a taxi. I missed or was late all 3 times I used them. I will NEVER use them again. Once I called them to take me to work & they were to pick me up at 6:30 a.m. on Sun. Morn.they said they were really busy I got a ride they 📞me 3 hrs after the time they were to get me to say otw!

Very happy with black and white transportation. I ordered the service because Uber wouldn't come out and I will order again from here on out instead of uber I will recommend to all my friends and family!

i dont get text alerts anymore, always late, cab drivers are rude, they pull off on you even when they see you walking to the cab and refuse to stop. the service sucks so bad now its rediculous.

This is the worse cab service in the United States! The cabs are filthy and they take 3 hours to pick you up! Find a different cab company if you can!
