The new app doesn't feel like much of an improvement, sadly. I appreciate that they finally fixed that you CAN directly share a class instead of just a venue, that's a big plus. The location filter is missing a range & generally works weirdly. The app feels slower and like it's cycling through different modals. The cancel option does not look like a button at all. I'm missing images in my schedule to easily recognize the studios I've booked at. Venue schedules don't show that you booked a class.

Unfortunately this update is not optimized well for all devices. Multiple of the alerts that show up after login can't be closed because they are 100% scale and the exit button is hidden in my devices notification bar. This issue even effects the Report a Bug functionality, so it's basically useless to fix the issue. This makes the app completely unusable for me until this is resolved

Terrible redesign of the app. Without a photo of the place it's hard to navigate my now text-only schedule. Please show at least a small thumbnail of a class photo. Also map has a bug - when zoomed in to the max, you cannot expand a bubble showing number of locations, clicking on it does nothing.

The new app is not usable in such a way that I am considering cancelling my abo. The reason? No pictures. Like NO PICTURES. No pictures of the studio, no pictures of the courses in the list of choices. I cannot find my places, I cannot find new studios, I cannot choose the courses I want to attend without pictures - and this is what I am paying 100 Euro for!!! I have frozen my abo now, I cannot stand the new unhuman app design. If THIS is your answer to disability guidelines in 2025, I am out!!!

Great service, but if you facelift the app, make sure the copy and paste function still works in the password field, plus bit warden integration, both worked perfectly fine before, but amateurish...

Even after using the app for almost a year, the UI experience remains horrible. I really thought to get used to that, but no... impossible. In particular, the filter function is a mess. Basic options like "show only favorites on the map," "show only locations with classes today," or "show only course bookable through the app" are not available. One literally has to click through every location one by one just in order to see this info. I hope so much that they build a new app from scratch!

One of the worst apps I ever had to use. For most venues there're no classes shown and you have to go to each and every website of the venue to see their times and classes. The search engine itself also is quite laughable. And on top of it all the app has many bugs and as you can see by the reviews these problems have existed for a long time and urban sports simply doesn't care. It's also unfortunate that there is no other way to check in except with a QR code as I, for one, have no mobile data.

My membership at Urban Sports Club has been a frustrating experience. The app constantly has outdated schedules, and partner gyms in my area don’t meet promised standards. Reaching out for support is pointless—they don’t respond or offer any real help, leaving me and other members completely unheard. Paying for this membership feels like a waste, as both the app and support fail to deliver the quality and reliability they advertise.
