My experience with the app it is being very bad. Almost everyday, when I try to initiate the cleaning it stays offline and shows a message: we are working on improve the service or something like that. Sadly, I can't use another app for my device (at least that I know), so I am stuck with this "app". I am sure that the team working on it tries every day, but I think this need better improvements. Checking the reviews I can see that most of them aren't positive.

I have been pretty pleased with the app only some minor problems like the Conga being lost, not knowing where it was, for example. Switching it off and on again fixed this. Today the app is not working due to maintenance. I wonder for how long.. From 3 to 1 stars A disaster. Charging station is located in the corner of my living but on the map keeps popping up around the house. Cecotec hired an apprentice to do their programming.

Horrible for last few months, please fix on server side as same app used to work. Now it keeps logging off, very difficult to connect and use the robot. Editing map also stopped working. ------ Update: 13-Oct-2021 It worked for around two weeks in last month as it used to work in past, probably bugs were fixed on server. Now again all problems have come again, app doesn't work, keeps logging off, doesn't work on wifi at all, sometimes connects with mobile data but session expires soon

Very useful app. However, I find that at the end of cleaning the robot tries to find the shortest "crow flying" distance to the base though it would mean going through cabinets and walls!!! Of course, it can therefore never get to the base but keeps on trying all the same until it discharges its own battery :( Have shared details with the team in India but would be happy to share with the development rs team also. It is only for this reason that I am rating the app poorly!

The app never remebers the map, so it start a from scratch every time.. not able to connect it to Google assistant either.. the only thing you can do with this app is to start and stop the machine to clean the entire house... (now that doesn't work either). It had to be the worst app I have ever tried. It's not possible to use this machine at all!

Adding the robot went smooth. Easy enough to configure rooms (although not all divisions are possible) after a first clean. Choosing/sheduling cleaning plans works fine. Issues I found with the app are: - not being able to log in on multiple devices at the same time - not being able to edit or remove maps after the first set-up

Simplest function doesn't work consistently - connecting the robot to the wifi. Secondly, it doesn't let you input multiple wifi networks into the robot. In case you have a house with a longer layout, once it goes out of range from Wifi A, it won't connect to Wifi B, even if they have the same SSID. Thirdly, the restricted area function doesn't work as designed.

I am a user of the cecotec conga 3290. After 30 days of useage, this is my feedback. The app is extremely difficult to use because of technical issues. Lags consistently. My plans keep getting deleted on their own. If the app is still for over a minute, it freezes. There is an error message for network every now and then even when im on wifi. The robot is really efficient. But the app is so pathetic that it makes it extremely difficult to use the robot.
