Hey so there are a bunch of mindfulness apps out there, but I have never come across one before that has such an array of actual practical therputic tools such as box breathing, visualisation, EMDR and so on. These and more are all tools I've used in my real therapy journey and I've gotta say the music just helps ground me even more - it's wonderful.

I'm gonna be honest it's a beautiful and helpful app but it just felt a little cruel to throw a forced payment option to continue using it while panicking. I understand developers need to get paid but for a mental health app like this I feel like an optional free version should be available

I use many different apps to help me do relaxation & mindfulness "work" and - WOW. This one is simple & helpful & more than I can say. I removed one star *only bc* I've been using it for a while & just TODAY saw I needed to signin to save faves, etc. Not a huge deal but enough to hope the dev team makes the sign-in and fave more obvious (I'd been using it for months until ....) But hey, that's a benefit for many others, as using this w/o a sign in is possible! :-)

As much as I have used this, there's nothing to pay for. Everything is free. And this app is so calming, really helpful. I've personally never seen this concept. it's a unique app and you should try if you're trying to manage mental health. I hope they add more to the room soon. I really hope they add more features, cuz I'm pretty sure you'd get bored after a while. A few suggestions: 1. Mood tracker 2. A diary kinda thing? 3. Maybe a dustbin to put all our negativity into it.

I discovered this app randomly and it helps a lot when you struggle with anxiety and panic attacks. there are lots of exercices you can do depending on your mood, and it really feels like peace and safe when you open this app. well done!

A piece of art! What a great idea to put mental health activities into comfort items in one lovely room. You can feel yourself sitting in that chair, completely safe from real world's bitterness and struggles. Reminds me of my childhood. I enjoyed the lamp item and singing the most. I wish there were more songs.

Easy to listen to, and the inviting voice, takes me to my inner peace, time to take care of my mental health issues, and also the spiritual /emotional and physical... I feel like,although the exercises can be taking me out of my comfort zone,the work,that you put in,is rewarded 10×Fold. If you take more time,& put as much effort into your breathing, &flexing of muscles,then you'll receive the greatest of gifts. Your health,energy,faith/beliefs, a personal love of yourself,& the life you need.
