I use this app for critical issues in IT. I don't always get my pages, and I don't see them until I actually open the APP. This has been a known issue for a long time, and developers still haven't fixed it. Meanwhile, it makes me look like I'm not doing my job because I didn't answer the page, and in reality, I never received the pages! Companies pay for the app, and these notification issues should be addressed. Updating my review - 3/31/25. still the same issue! Years and still no fix

Broken. Keeps updating settings and this seems to interrupt any action you take, including trying to view a page or use the settings menu. It is faster for me to go to a computer and go through multiple login screens over institutional remote access and smartweb to view my inbox to see the page there. Will be returning to a physical pager

The app has a lot of issues on Android and iPhone users don't experience this. Max volume on notification regardless of your settings. Message notification doesn't pop up. You would need to dedicate a ringtone for this app so that you get used to listening for it, then train yourself to open the app manually to check for messages.

Update: Looks like after a year, they have finally fixed the android volume issue. Such speedy service, thanks. /s App ignores the phones volume settings. It's either silent or full blast. Extremely disruptive when I get a page at night or am in a room with a patient. There are options for volume in the settings but they are all grayed out. In addition it changes the ringer volume of your phone to full blast every time you get a page. So all future notifications from any app or text also become extremely loud Almost all the negative reviews are about this, but nothing is ever fixed or addressed.

This thing is obviously half baked and never tested on Android phones. Sometimes I don't get a page unless I open the app. Sending a message simply doesn't work. Sometimes when I get a page the app will stay in my pull down notification area and unlike other apps can't be dismissed by swiping away. When you copy the text contents of a message it doesn't actually copy anything even though it says it did. You can't ever respond to a message because it doesn't have a sender. In a word: awful.

I'm getting my pages, so it is ok. One of the issues I have, which several other users have mentioned, is the ringer volume set to max once a page is received. If you don't remember to turn this back down, get ready for one unexpected scary Booo! I have an android phone now, but I do not recall this issue when I had an iphone. If not for work, I wouldn't have used this app!

In my experience, does not seem to work very well on an Android Samsung XCover Pro. Get notifications when I have a message but can't pull up the message in "Messages" to read it...until I sign back into the app I've already been signed in to. Have to continually sign in to the app as a refresher of sorts to get a message to show in "Messages" then only able to read it once as it disappears if I navigate away from the page and go back. This did not happen on an iPhone.

There are several things that make this app difficult to use. 1- This app is not very compatible with Android phones. During business hours, if there is a page for an emergency, all iPhones will get the page first. My phone is usually 1-3 minutes delayed. (with my old and my new phone). 2- Recently, while on call my pages were 17 minutes and 25 minutes delayed. This is a huge issue as I have a 30 minutes return to work policy. 3-put on silent while not on-call, it will ring as a notification.
