Damn... this is the most unintergrated hotel business ever. The app and the front desk have zero coordination, the customer service is absolute garbage, impolite, hasty, provides invoice with incorrect nominal. Worst experience staying at Cove properties (Ive stayed at 2). Go to Holiday Inn express instead.

I never uninstall an application this fast before. It has not even a day but it's already disappointing me. The communication was soo bad that the admin didn't help at all. The information from application and WA doesn't align. Maybe if they add chat room in the application, it would be better.

Been living in Cove for the past 1 month and I enjoyed it so much! Fantastic location from my workplace, being less than 1 km, and price is all inclusive and provide convenience (no need for additional water and electricity bills). Laundry is easily available. Housekeeping service is top tier and we're afforded so much privacy despite being in a Co-Living environment.

My first stay at cove was back in 2022 Aug - 2023 May at cove central one, and then in Nov 2024 - 1 Dec 2024 to cove aventurine, now I am staying at Cove the day, to be honest it saves my time a lot ti finding reliable place to stay, with lots of options, cove has a great advantages they offer a lot of cool locations and check in and out experience are really fast and easy, if you are the type of simple, quick person choose to stay Cove is a no brainer

Review of long stay process Very long time consuming as no staff all WhatsApp, long discussion on contract sign first , instead of payment first , their system didn't take visa card after two days of time waste on sign contract details, no onsite even single location for accept card , When payment provided only deposit is given aplhamart but rent is not available on alphamart,when suggestions for alternate payment refused , i go to bopod onsite staff ,quick save time,use card, difficult cove

I am very disappointed with cove, unilaterally suddenly changing the rental price even though it was previously clearly stated in the agreement. After asking I only got an answer that seemed to be made up. There was no clear apology from the admin of cove indonesia. I am very disappointed, I will not use cove's services again and am not willing to recommend them to anyone.

Great living option. Very helpful and profesional staff. No hidden fees as water and electricity bill are included. Great price with associated locations.

App UI is good. App UX not really good, when filtering need to apply but the button is so far in the bottom. CTA is the worst, can only contact WA. What make it worst is the process is very complicated too much to do or confirm in the chat. In conclussion: not as easy as it's look, also so overpriced.
