This app really helped me to see things about myself that I wouldn't have been able to see or identify before. Its given me the tools to guide myself and to help me manage my emotions. It definitely will take time, but I believe this app helps.

I am an 38yr old woman my firstmarriage to a 49yr old man. There is that part-when damage is already done. I told my husband that he needed top read it and HOPEFULLY. He'll start to understand what is going on with him more. I'm not pointing fingers ,we both have our jealous tendencies. Well I'm understanding more about myself and what i have done to our relationship.

I would absolutely recommend this app to friends and family. I used it on my boyfriend who didn't think he was jealous. Now he knows different. I did find out for myself that apparently, I'm not jealous enough. I think it's a great tool and I think most people will benefit from it. Everyone deserves a happy and healthy relationship. Just be sure the jealousy is warranted. Stay safe and healthy.
