Booking a class on the app is terrible!! In order to book a class you select book, enter your card details, authenticate your card, pay for the class, then go back out to the start and book the class again! It's so confusing!! I have turned up at classes twice that I haven't been booked in for but have paid for!! It's good when looking at the schedule and the gym itself is really good but the app is one of the most frustrating booking systems I have ever used.

Was working fine till a few months ago, every few days it shows an error when I go in to book a class. Nothing works unless I uninstall the app and then install it again.... doing it every couple of days is so inconvenient

Doesn't work with android systems. I have to go to the website to book classes or call the gym. App is useless
