This app is incredible. It is still fairly new and yet has already been able to associate with many grwat sport facilities. Wirh that being said the one i went to sunday was not one(i did not know that) rather than have some bot or something upon emailing about my clip. I got a real person and i have never experienced a better customer service than this company.

This app requires that you provide them with selfies or they will not provide you with any service. They do not allow you to view any jumbotron footage to see if you were on at the game. Instead they want your name, phone number, birthdate, and other identifying information. Then, after you provide enough info and photos of your self, they will tell you whether they think you were on the jumbotron or not. You will not be allowed to check yourself.

terrible, won't let you find anything without using facial recognition, which doesn't seem to work at all. all they had to do was give me some thumbnails for the event i had checked into and it would have been useful. this app is a complete failure

Garbage, why give us the "OPTION" of signing up with Facebook and then "IMMEDIATELY" requiring a phone number. The other option his mobile sign up with a phone number. If I wanted you assclowns to sell my phone number Id choose mobile number to begin with. No email option because thats easier to block spam?

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Accidentally hit the wrong year when trying to register, now it won't let me change the year to let me use the app. Even after uninstall and reinstall, nothing.

Absolutely the most amazing app. I'm so bored and found this app. Logged in and in two hours received my appearances from 6 games on TV and the video board. Best app ever seen. Need this.

You don't know if they have access to your event until you have given them your info and photo. FYI if you are looking for NHL games this app will not work, they don't have contract w NHL.
