App used to work well, this year ticket transfer is late. Game in 2 weeks no transfer. Last year could pull up bar code in app. Changed this year. Now have to transfer to Google Wallet. I don't want Google Wallet. Not user friendly any more. Team, maybe I stop going to live games. Lost revenue all the way around.

It doesn't work. It won't connect to Ticketmaster. It just keeps refreshing in an external browser. You can't access the STM discount either. The App Wallet is worthless. I'm always afraid I won't be able to get to tickets that have been sent to me. I know they have been transferred, but it's a 50/50 chance you can access them.

Login didn't seem to work. I never got a confirmation email so I assume that is the problem. I was able to stream the game anyway but no option for full screen or to cast to my TV so I was basically watching an ant farm in the middle of the screen. Landscape didn't help because half the video was cut off. I installed it on my tablet which was only slightly better. At least I could tell it was a hockey game I was watching.

Mostly good. The notifications are my biggest gripe. They are confusing in that they are long, and it's a bit too much info to discover who made the goal in the short amount of time that the notifications are shown. I also get notifications of who won while I'm watching the end of a nail biter - it's a buzz kill. Also, when viewing the standings, the numbers don't appear correctly when they are double digits. You can only see one digit. Update: Dropping to one star/deleting. No communication.

App Sucks! Never had a problem with tickets on NHL app. Now, can't get my season tickets! Every time I click on manage tickets, I get an error message. Stupidest thing to change it mid-season as well. Should go back to paper tickets a a discount card. All season, vendors have had to use a paper barcode to give food discount because barcode on app doesn't work!

This app sucks. For 2 years now the game schedule has NEVER worked, gets a 404 error every time. The app can't remember logins and is nothing more than a relay site (relaying web site content vs being native app content) that is constantly forcing you to relogin to ticketmaster (and back into itself) in order to gain access to your tickets and STM info. I develop apps, so i typically give more sympathetic reviews, but I would never put out such a garbage product, especially for an NHL team.

The app doesn't have the season tickets on it. When accessing the Manage tickets, it opens up Ticketmaster in a web browser and requires you to log into it to manage them. It defeats the purpose of utilizing the app to manage them.

Can't get wallet or season tickets since end of February for some reason. Wallet hasn't worked all season but I could at least show the vendors that I had a STM discount. Had to sign in to My Bolts Nation account to get my tickets to add to my phone's wallet. It appears others are having the same issues but the team doesn't care I guess since I've been complaining all season in the surveys they keep sending after every game. NHL app was so much better than this garbage.
