Still doesn't sync consistently with Samsung health. It's been over a year now, with countless updates, and none of them have fixed this very basic app functionality. There seems to be an update every week or two, but they never fix what's broken.

Can not log in. Can not authenticate. No internet service. Why all the problems, stops working out of the clear blue. All other items on the phone are working. Tried to reinstall, same BS. Put all this effort into doing this daily with no return in effort or satisfaction. I am supposed to relax, however, this app gives me huge anxiety! For the effort on my part yhis is not worth it. I give up! Uninstalling.

Can no longer log in. It can find my username and then when trying to reset my password it says my username isn't valid. What? No longer syncing to Google fit. Annoying, fix it faster!

There is a bug need to fix soon. I can't able to open message box which is along to dashboard : right top corner before profile icon.

It is hard to find the things that I want to track on this app. Needs to be one page with the design that fits the health need of a person.

Well, its happened again...for 3 days I have attempted to login on 2 different devices using 2 different operating systems and have not been successful on either, Android or IOS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, called tech support and had no luck. The young woman I spoke to was pleasant and helpful, but still didn't solve my problem. My school wellness program still uses this app, so I know that's not the problem. I really like the app, but this is the 2nd time I've had this issue.

Same issue. it will sync with Samsung Health for couple of days. The only way I can get it to sync after that is to reinstall always on again! Fix this please. Update 3.1.19..They did an update claiming it would fix the sync issue with Samsung Health. Sadly it does not. I have to uninstall and reinstall every other day to get it to sync. Update 9.1.19..App has not synced since 8.31.19. It worked fine for about 6 weeks then quit! Nothing I try works. Will this app ever work? Update 11.27.19..😠

I have been able to log into the app just fine and can use some of the functions. However, I cannot do things like link a fitness device because when I go to the Terms of Service page it is blank and you cannot click Accept or Cancel. It just sits there with nothing you can do. If that could be fixed, then this might be a somewhat serviceable app. There are many apps WAY better than this one currently to track fitness results. Update 11/18 - Currently unable to get passed the entry of my PIN. App let's me sign in with my username but once I enter my PIN it just sits there. What a hunk of junk!!! They must have the worst software developers working on this app.
