Every issue I had with this app has been resolved except for the ability to search for products. If I'm using the website or the ios app, I have no issues, but I often find words like "spritz" don't pull up the product that has that word in it. Please correct this issue and this app will be amazing.

Seems great so far! Ordered well-priced groceries easily, they'll be here quickly, and it feels great to be shopping locally and sustainably from my couch! App is easy to use. They're very clear about pricing and item descriptions and sales. Categories are well sorted and make it easy to find something interesting if you don't have a specific recipe in mind yet. UI is smooth and responsive.

I really like using pinemelon. The one thing that can be frustrating about the app is that if you do shopping from the app and then log into your account on the computer your shopping cart does not transfer over. So you need to either continue from your phone or readd everything into your shopping cart on the computer.

Currently a couple really annoying bugs with the app. I'd be happy to change my review once they're fixed. searching for an item by name and hitting enter gives different results compared to selecting one of the suggested searches of the same name. I can't add another credit card right now because the security code field displays an error unless I have 4 digits in it, even though none of my credit cards has a 4 digit security code.

Great products, excellent price. Lots of local produce, often things you'd only find at a farmers market. They also have a great selection of your typical groceries often at a better price than most grocery stores. The fact that it gets delivered is also a huge time saver. It pretty much covers all my grocery shopping needs with better products, for a better price, with free delivery.

Love the company and service. However their application frequently has issues and crashes. Particularly for Android phones while the support seems greater for ios. Since we have the app on the two different systems we can see the difference. Please give android system some love and fix the bugs

I love learning about locally owned brands, and the home delivery is fantastic. My reason for taking off a star is the lack of compostable packaging. We have to work with brands that use 100% backyard compostable, glass, and aluminum packaging. Our sublime planet deserves our time, love, and effort!

I like that I can buy healthy and local without having to drive all over town. That said, the app is buggy on Android. Every time I open the app I get prompted to update the app, but no update is available and selecting "I don't need updates" does nothing.
