extremely unpleasant withdrawal process. It won't let me use the debit card I added the money with in the first place. So I see that they have a PayPal option. so I said sure. Next it's saying you have to deposit money with PayPal first before you can add money to PayPal? ok fine. so now the app just crashes each time I try to deposit with PayPal. thanks

Wasn't impressed with app use multiple other top sites and when a new player deposits usually get some type of reward or bonus bets or deposit match, I beilve they even advertise they do this but didn't happen, also maybe just not my lucky day but the slots don't hit like at all and when they do it's for less that you're bet. Overall just wasn't the experience I got with other top apps hope you're experience is better than mine.

don't download... this app allows you to win real money but pulling money out is a whole other thing. allows you to deposit with debit card but not with withdraw. unless you're a member you have to jump through hoops to try and get your money out. constantly getting error messages why my account will not link, or betrivers can not connect at this time. give me my money!!!

So I was just playing a bonus, and hit bonus spins. As soon as I did, the app gives me a popup saying "bonus requirements met" and it took the bonus away. Totally different tiles were on the screen. Ive always hated those mid-spin messages that stop your gameplay. Nobody wants that and you literally just used it to take my hit away. Dirty AF.

They offer live stream to almost every event and then it starts and the video and event completely disappear and you can't watch it or bet it live or cash out basically it's like the game doesn't exist. Messaged them repeatedly and they say they can't control if the Livestream of events isn't available once it starts. Well maybe don't advertise it that video is available. Very annoying that and the glitches after placing a bet the app freezes or it just starts flashing and you have to close it

Total waste of money and then my time. Will not let you withdraw your winnings. No matter which bank of mine I use, it says "was unable to connect" or "sorry your account can't be used at this time." The customer service chat is a joke, and they never return your call after you leave a request for a call back. The Fan Duel app deposits my withdrawal requests within minutes to the same bank this garbage app won't acknowledge even though it's on their list of " trusted banks."

i deposited and was able to get a bonus. i then met the requirements and have been trying to cash out, but can't. they have no problem taking my money, but once i won and wanted to withdrawal i can't. I've already called and spoken to someone with absolutely zero help. would not recommend this app. I've never had this kind of issue when trying to cash out.

I used to love this app. Free trivia, bingo and seeing the winning games live is awesome and unique to BR. However, the number of changes in the last 6 months has made those unique features worthless. The chat works when it wants and only shows a small portion of hitting games- many don't register in chat or under the Hot tab anymore. The RTP has definitely changed and a player can go weeks without the slightest hit. I used to love BR, but I'd rather put my $ in a site with potential returns.
