The new student ticket system is terrible. They made the process much more convoluted. You have to search around in the app to find the "Rocky Top Rowdies" link buried in a sub-menu (why not name it something more intuitive like "student tix"?) I have to create a new password every single time I log in to Rocky Top Rowdies. To purchase the tix, you then have to log into a 3rd system, Ticketmaster, which shows that I have no tix to purchase even tho I was selected and the purchase window is open.

This app is basically unusable. Rockytop rowdies is bugged and will not allow me to click on anything when it is opened, if it even works. Sign up process was terrible and broke the app. I had to clear data to get it 'working' again. Not sure why they're having students request student tickets from here when it is nowhere close to ready. The app won't even open on my friends iPhone, so it isn't an isolated issue.

Sucks so bad. The Ticketmaster link always get stuck a spiral when trying to accept/transfer tickets. Ticketmaster is the Xfinity/Comcast of tickets. Everyone knows they o overcharge and suck, but you're forced to use them. Can't wait for somebody else to make a better app.

App crashed once and now will not open. I have uninstalled it multiple times and it still does not work. I just get stuck on the gray screen and nothing ever loads. It will just sit there until it eventually says the app is unresponsive.

Old app worked but type was massive, so very hard to read. Uninstalled knowing the app had been updated. Now, new app won't load and crashes every time. Not a good thing on the first game day.

App is clunky, and connectivity between app, Ticketmaster, and Google Wallet is not currently functioning on my phone, apparently. I had no issues with the app last Fall.

None of the links work properly... when inside the rowdies section you can almost never select the ticket lottery button. My apple friends have ZERO issues too so this is incredibly annoying.

Been trying to "easily" download my 2024 football tickets with no success. All I get when I go to tickets is a blank screen. No way to get to ticket master to download. THIS APP IS WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!! I would give it minus stars if I could.
