It would be great to actually apply coupons and rewards in the app. Maybe it's a regional thing? I am told by the restaurant staff that I will have to call to get the rewards. Calling the restaurant seems to be an inconvenience to the staff when I do call to order pizza. It's like paying extra to not bother them.

Coupons would not add to order. When the coupon option was selected at check out it claimed the were none. I have a discount for a pizza and bread sticks. Neither was listed. I had to order using the website.

Whenever I'm gifted free rewards or spend my rewards, they are not reedemable when I check out online. They literally dissappear. The points are definitely spent, but the reward also expires so it becomes a waste

These guys make a mean pie, absolutely the best in town, as a matter of fact the best in the whole state of Wisconsin, and it's not even close 💯

Rocky offers $3 off in a notification as a reward but it doesn't show up when ordering.

Apparently the several locations in my city doesn't exist and it seems to think I'm in another town even tho my location is on. It doesn't allow me to look up a location near me or one I would prefer and my only options are 60+ miles away

The app doesn't show any of the locations near me of which there are 3 less than 10 miles away. I can see the location over 230 miles away so that nice I guess.

Great food. Glad to have rewards added. App kind of sucks. Keeps crashing. It would also be nice if you could add extra toppings.
