Dear Developers and Product Team, The UI revamp and enhancements look good. Kindly brick back the old experience for viewing reports wherein a user could view all their tests holistically within the app; the ref. values, tests and everything associated will be shown within the app itself. The latest upgrade takes you to the PDF version which takes too much time to load and is very frustrating.

Worst update for the app 1)for viewing the same report more than once, feedback is asked every time. Even though it is given , feedback is again asked. 2) Could not add address details.so every login asks for location. Earlier version was working very well..

With DDRC this is a good thing that you have multiple modes to see your reports at any time. However regarding the online ordering feature,their own team seems to disown it - If you place order online, customer care will call back, drag this over 2 calls in the name of confirmation and ask you to cancel citing technical issues. further they will offer to reorder through them. At first I thought this technical issue is true but even after months they follow same pattern.

Not able to update the profile from the application. Also please add a better UI for pdf download option both in web and app.

Unable to download reports. It shows as pdf sent to email. But not received any emails. Also, no direct download available/working

No proper response from customer care people. They always sound like a robot. Not even aware about the apps they have time up with. And there is no any contact/escalation point .
