Developers contacted me about many issues since the new updates. they were extremely helpful and helped me navigate to some parts on the apps that were different than the prior verison. running some tests this week to see if I find anymore issues. great app and great support.

This is a great standard 3 day texas method app, good standard like the other Go Ham ones. I wish it was more similar to the 5/3/1 app from Go Ham in that you could add alterations to the app like a 4 day programme for or Old Man Texas Method, and that it would give you the option to swap intensity to 2x3, 3x2, 4x1 etc to give it some longevity once you can no longer get out a new 5 rep max, as without this I find myself having to ditch the app for an ugly spreadsheet again..

Bugs in the bar loading calculator. Happy to send the scenario that triggers it if you want. Also collapses the press/bench sets when the alarm is triggered. Wouldn't mind larger check boxes for the sets - little hard to hit.

Excellent intermediate barbell strength training app with a huge amount of customisation options. Especially good if you have done the standard 3 day Texas Method base template for a while and are starting to adjust it or move onto other templates outlined by Practical Programming for Strength Training 3rd Ed., Justin Lascek, Jordan Feigenbaum, etc. Outstanding developer support with very quick response to support problems.

update: the issue resolved itself and it seems to be working for now! very glad about that because I loved the app and am happy to use it again! I really liked the app before but after the update it's unusable for me. Can't get the app to work at all let alone create workouts

Great UI, tons of tips and tools to progress through the weekly cycles, and I'm extremely satisfied with not having to sit down at my computer with an Excel spreadsheet and do the math myself now

Best app I found to plan and record workouts for the various lifting routines. Developer is continually fixing bugs and is attentive to any issues found. Glad I upgraded to the pro version.

check mark box for completed sets are too small, i struggle to get the check to register. App needs more flushed out analysis options which include all exercises mapped across a spreadsheet sheet.
