I've been using BTM for over a year, & it has helped me so much. I feel so much better in my body, & so much stronger than when I was doing HIIT/heavy lifting. I also have FAR fewer injuries. This is the first time I've been SO EXCITED to get to my workout. I look so forward to it. It's very meditative (not to mention aesthetically pleasing-Lia is beautiful to watch, & her studio & rooftop events are lovely). But it's also challenging! I am usually sweaty by the end & sore the next day. LOVE.

Have been doing BtheMethod since 2020 & honestly don't think I'll ever stop. The best workout I have ever done. I've seen so much improvement in my balance, stability & flexibility not to mention a massive reduction in pain. Every class is different so you never get bored & it's always testing you to see if you can push yourself that bit more with every class. Love the introduction of the weights along with the ball. I do it about 5 days a week & the benefits are huge.

excellent guidance throughout surprisingly challenging workouts. I am a PT who has a limited amount of knowledge on pilates so i defer to the experts for that movement style, and Lia offers beautifully crafted classes. I enjoy learning new things from her and always feel better after class. ps, the gut reset classes work wonders :)

Lia had an incredible way of speaking through workouts to allow you to listen to her and focus on your own body and where to focus your energy for each exercise. She chats to you as if she's in the same room and shares the intensity of getting through each workout with every inhale and exhale. Great low-impact combos that translate to results in ways I've never felt so quickly. Even after, years of soccer and track!

As one who experiences severe anxiety, even fast walking makes my anxiety worse-finding exercise I can do has been extremely difficult. After discovering Lia's method, I can literally breathe again. I can get both toning and cardio in without overloading my sensitive nervous system further by doing her method. I have seen a big different in my stress due to Lia's emphasis on both breath and movement. I don't know what I would do without her method, she has saved my sanity and quality of life 🥰

I am just at the begging of using this app (some 2 weeks or so) and I already feel stronger. Lia incorporates a lot of release/streching into the workouts which helps to prevent (my office manager 😊) back and neck strain. The thorough explanation of each exercise is also very supporting, injury preventing. The library of workouts is very extensive for a few € a month. I exercise with prof. trainers for years and find Be the method one of the best values in all aspects that one can find. 🪷

Lia's Method really is one of the best method out there. I really enjoy her workouts and I just love the varieties she provides in her apps. There is a workout for all occasions whether its limited time, body part focuses or cardio/strength focused. You can literally fit one of her workouts in every day. She gives very good instructions and makes sure to point out what to focus on during the exercise which helps me a lot to ensure I am doing it right. Also there are live workouts which are great

Love low impact pilates! I do the workout anytime, anywhere and without needing to buy lots of props. My body feels great especially my abs are getting stronger and flatter. I love all the stretches. Absolutely 💯 💯 💯!!! I'm 1 year post recovery from pelvic floor issues so this is great for me to get stronger with my high anxiety nervous system.
