Getting really buggy, sloppy, and unreliable! I keep having to do little things to keep it working, today I had to call in, and it looked like I had a booking?!

Too slow like really slow every time we book a taxi it will say 2 mins and you can see the taxi on map he's not moving and even after 20 mins the site still says 2 minutes away and if it costs 17 $ or 4$ or 8$ yellow cab always takes 20 $ extra why? I don't know,and re deposit it 3 days later in your account and when u ask them they say they don't know what I'm talking about if the place where your going is 8 $ and only have 10$ in your account it becomes declined because you have to have 28$

Absolutely useless when you actually need it and the fact that they pre-authorize the amount before they even verify that a driver will match with you left me in a situation where I ended up requesting a cab 4 seperate times from different locations in the hopes I would actually get a driver to match and come pick me up. Then the $200+ hold on my money left me stranded with no way to get anywhere in a not great part of the city. Uninstalling and will never use this app again. Uber for life.

Worst app I've used at this point of time. It takes forever to transition from the destination planning screen to the final booking screen regardless of internet speeds and hardware capability, if the app crashes it brings you to the destination planning screen and doesn't allow you to go back to tracking the ride you're waiting for, and half the time the drivers cancel the ride and don't show up or cancel the ride and don't give you the fixed rate

App got my location address wrong! I had to call the driver to give the specific address. So, I was charged more than necessary since the address which was used in the fare calculation was farther from my home. There was a default 15% tip which I couldn't correct. Driver's GPS took us to a wrong destination. I had to give verbal directions to my home. And I don't know how the app got my credit card info. An unnecessarily expensive trip in an old, uncomfortable vehicle. Uber next time!

Just get an UBER. Booked a trip home from a bar on my first try. "GPS booking" failed as it booked me 30 blocks away. Second attempt it finds the right location but the cab driver picks up other people and won't book another pickup. App says to call them and I do, only to get a response of "that location is a taxi stand and it's first come first serve". If the app books a ride and says the car is coming to pick us up, then it better be my ride. Then the fair was more expensive. Why have an App?

Your latest app update messed some things up. It forced me to enter my phone # and email again, and then wouldn't let me use the existing email account ("Account already exists") and didn't offer me an option to log in otherwise (even tried uninstalling and reinstalling). Then, when booking from my home, it mislocated it halfway across the city, so I had to change my home address to something close to mine, then it worked. Some serious issues with this latest update.

The app works fine for the most part.pickup location gets a lot weird at times. Make sure you are where you want to be picked up, or it can get glitchy. Just Deleting my account now as I've gotten almost no sleep on a business trip as notifications to rate old trips have been going off for 3 hours. It's now 6 a.m. I'll download Uber now, i hear they have better rates regardless.
