Some issue while scanning QR code Tip 1: remove colourfull background from QR code. Tip 2: make screen brightness to full , while screen showing QR code Tip 3: make QR code size bigger while displaying Due to the above reason sometime checkout gates are not able to detect QR code easily, it failed multiple times for me.

There is a bug in the app after updating it duringscrolling for the DMRC ticket and stations names. Please fix this asap as it is closing the app itself.

When i scan qr code instantly comes updates, and the update notification cover full Qr code and without update that was not removed, i got late for that reason, Update aaye ya na aaye kam se kam qr to use hona chahiye.

Booked ticket from the app and it showed no ticket even after 10 minutes of the payment being confirmed, there is surely a need for improvement

i forgot my key of my vehicle at parking area and the staff didn't allow me to exit without using my ticket hence i have to purchase the ticket twice for the same route.

it's a fast and very good way for travelers. I loved the cleanliness and the facilities available.

The online app keeps failing transactions and even after deducted balance.. only after help from customer care did my issue resolved and got my payment back and thos has happened multiple times.. especially when paying by wallets and upi
