I really like the desktop feature. But I'm constantly having issues within the app. It will show I've uploaded my journal, only to find out it didn't send. I have limited data to work with on my budget and it eats through it having to upload multiple times. Now it keeps closing when I'm trying to use it. I've restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled. This is getting old quick.

EDIT: Customer service got back to me and gave me a link to clearing the Samsung Keyboard cache. That seems to be working for now. The increase in stars is because the customer service prompt response. Crashing during journal writing for the past week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, plus restarted my phone 4 times. No problems with logging in, out, or confirming visits though.

Well, if the app was reliable it would he great. But instead I have constant problems and can never really trust that I am getting the correct info, or sending it. The GPS function is totaly broken, I have been through the trouble shooting process in its entirety twice, but it simply will not give me the option to gps track. Which is really too bad, since that constant tracking is the one feature NOT offered by the web browser version of the service, and is a major selling point for clients...

I would give this a zero of I could. The update on Nov 6, 2024 completely changed the journal set up, adding in extra steps to complete and add photos. The location tracking is also no longer available. Did you just not UAT this? I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

My review is based on my experience with Precise Petcare over a year ago.At the time they were the absolute best option for a brand new solo pet-sitter! Their program was the most affordable, easy to learn & simple to share with pet parents.The endless features provided extra accountability & reassurance to my clients that their pets' individual needs were top priority.The personalization & endless details I was able to document for each pet were invaluable & set me apart from all competition.

This app has the longest lag and longest loading time of any app I've ever used. It is constantly unable to sync items for long periods of time. It's very frustrating at times. I don't know why it's so buggy.

Ever since the last update, the app crashes multiple times a day while I am working. It is beyond frustrating & wondering if this will ever get fixed. I am using a Samsung S21 on Android obviously & the app has never been this awful.

The accuracy of my GPS tracking was not going well. Support advised me on how to fix this and now all my walks show up on my map, even the ones that are in areas with sketchy service. Thnx.
