Hopeless customer support. Coffee break 10 AM to 5 PM.The ordered medicines are not delivered on time despite being sent through blue dart. The service of aligned courier is also pathetic. No option to contact them except toll free number which is inaccessible. Standard remark on their portal- wrong pincode may affect delivery.

Do not buy from this app. I ordered two medicine and paid money through Paytm payment was deducted but order was not confirmed. When I called customer care they didn't help me.

Earlier the app was working fine but as of now it is not working properly. Unable to add the items in cart. Very disappointing and poor performance. The speed is also very pathetic. Need a lot of patience to order the products through app.

This is the worst app I've ever experienced so far. Adding product to the cart takes indefinite time. Why did Schwabe India even launched it when they aren't even bothered to ensure it's proper functioning. I'm very disappointed with their standard.

On helpline no. Security guard answers that company closes on Saturday and sunday. I ordered but no status of Order. No option for prepaid orders. You can't cancel order after payment.

Add to cart doesn't work, buy button doesn't work !!!

Haven't seen any app worse than this. Can't do reorder from previous orders. Searching is also very slow and not suggesting any options. Payment portal is opening another page which doesn't have any option to pay. Cancelling it shows the order status as pending and there is no way other than search each element, put them in cart and then reorder and along with it we have to deal with extra slow response from app which is frustrating. Seems like someone from 6th standard whitehat jr made the app!

Though the app is bit pale but the service is good and quality products are delivered on time and quickly, The product range is very good and prices are also very reasonable overall 4/5 stars
