The app is very convenient and practical, while sometimes there are descepencies when it comes to the car types or their availability, the on ground team is usually helpful in resolving such issues. Their network and availability across the Kingdom is unique. The pick-up and drop-off process is comfortable.

Service received greatly improved from six months ago when I first used it. Everything went fine starymg from the booking on ye app all the way to returning the car. One thing though, please add a note on each car clarifying whether it has iso fixes for securing child seat in place

Beware and avoid renting here if you are travelling to Jouf. They will make problems when you returned the car. Airport CCTV cameras are not working. Sent a complaint through email, Facebook and Instagram Messengers. They only replied in IG and they will ignore and will never take any corrective action. Just go to other car rental services! Strongly not recommended! Hey! I sent you a message in WhatsApp last September 7 and NO RESPONSE UNTIL NOW! That's how good you are!

I was told that I won't need to bring a credit card when receiving the car, but somehow, when I arrived, it was mandatory to have a credit card. Customer service gives you incorrect feedback.

Staff at riyadh airport was very bad and unsupportive. They don't know English. They will look down on you as English speaker. They cars are bad but staff is even worse!!! **** recommend not to use LUMI****
