App did work wonderfully, but now, notifications are blocked and I'm unable to change that. App also shows as being a system app, which it should not be. Emailed App support, might as well have shouted at my phone for all the good it did. Perhaps somebody will see this and address the issue with the app.

The app currently won't allow you to update the parking location if its 'out of range' of the assigned spot. Well that might be all fine and dandy for the huge lots but not for the small lot in Stockton CA. Where there may be no spot within the range. I dropped my trailer in the next closest spot and the app wouldn't allow the change. So I went to the gate workers since there are no kiosks at this facility and even they couldn't update the location. Absolutely a stupid restriction.

Good app when it works. Every time I attempt to ingate an empty I get the same "private unit return empty; reject at gate" normally I can click "check in" a 2nd or 3rd time and it will accept it but not always. Same thing attempting to outgate a chassis, scan the code and the kiosk says it's not a valid code. Have also come across a few chassis that didn't exist in the system so it wouldn't accept them in the app but was able to in/outgate the unit manually.

This app is trash. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would. You guys need to just copy BNSFs app because theirs actually works. One star, trash app, save precious memory on your phone and DO NOT INSTALL this useless app. You literally can't even look up the location of containers, the most basic of functions this app can't do, and checking 4 years of reviews it hasn't ever had that ability, 4 years! How is it possible that after 4 years you still can't search for a container?

App has been improved and is now compatible with Schneider equipment. Ingating and outgating equipment is vastly improved. Don't understand why notifications are blocked, and I am unable to change the notification setting.

Keep saying notifications block. I tried to click it on.And won't let me.This is why a lot of guys are getting banded from the Union Pacific is because you guys can't get an update from our apps. I tried to reach out to support but you never get a feedback through email I hope you guys could manage and repair the issue on android phones

Nice when it works. Works great overall for pulling loads and empties out and loads going in, but since Global 4 started taking HMM containers, cannot ingate empties using the app. Get an error "Equipment not in ECQ". Especially a pain if forced to mispark, having to stop at Drivers Assistance to change parking location.

Always have to type in the info u did in app on the kiosk when out gating. Sometimes the kiosk will say the code u was given isn't valid if u read or type it in but do the opposite of what u previously did and it goes through. Still stuff to fix. Glad now they gave a bob tail in and out option so u can use the upgo lanes without having the office call ya on the phone to give you a warning
