Doesn't work correctly. It's showing message that internet connection is needed, and that's all, when you press Finish and restart the application nothing changes

Payment processing is absolutely horrible! Worst I've seen on any app ever! Needed to book 5 trips within Poland. Somehow able to get 3 confirmed and paid for after probably 10 attempts, but was never able to get payment confirmed for last 2, despite trying 20-30 combinations of credit, debit, Google play, etc. This is unacceptable and has wasted hours of my time. How about hiring devs that actually know what they're doing?!

3 stars because there's no option to change your email in the app (why the need to login from desktop?) and there are no notifications about the trains being late and so on.

After download the app, i open to setup, but cannot complete to accept terms of service to finish and begin to search for train.... cannot use the app until I complete this, it just starts over and over. Very frustrated with this process...

Onehanded and blind monkey would do app better than this. You can't even search for Warsaw in a "From" form. Website version fails with unknown error when you finally get to the payment. What for do we need time field when searching tickets for a date? It just makes a bigger chance not finding your ticket for a desired date.

Poor application. Years behind similar apps in Europe. No option to see if the train is late, no notifications about it. Often errors in the app during use. No option the see the seats in the train after you purchase the ticket. I've been using the app every week for the last 2 years, and it doesn't seem like to be changed or developed. I suppose this is what happens when it's monopoly, and no competition. You will have to to use this app with this company anyway.

Doesn't show available seats. No "seat availability" filter. They explicitly tell you that there is "no seat guaranteed" when buying a 7+ hour long trip. Seat selection is available on desktop but it's broken. Very poor quality app.

may I ask why and how do you have access to create folders and upload on my device if there is no permission granted to your app?
