Does a great job! On occasion, there are trains where your can't select seats however, it would still be good to display the seat map so one can see visually what is being reserved.

stupid developers I tried google pay or credit card none works. I guess when you foreign it will not work for you. Today tried Blink code also not working. Check your coding. This app use to work smooth!! After 4 tries it finally worked. Then how brainless it shows in the app tickets not paid and bottom the paid one. Use some logic put failed tickets somewhere else haha. Also some trains are not showing on app means developers fail everywhere on this service

It runs quickly, it is easy to use, but it doesn't allow you to buy tickets for delayed trains or when you are already on a train. It forces you to buy a ticket directly on a train that causes additional costs. Often I came to the station and there is a delayed train (e.g. 20 min) I can still catch, but I can't buy a ticket for it in the app. The KOLEO support told me that it depends on carriers, and there is not much they can do, but I hope it will change in the future and make the app perfect

Very useful app. Two things that would make it even much better: 1: list current tickets on the main screen instead of having to go to the ticket section through the menu 2: make international tickets available

better than many transport apps in Europe. I appreciate developers. suggestion: display tickets availability messages(not available/not selling) with in search results rather than showing it exact message after selecting the connection/train. this would save time especially when booking in last minute.

Google pay is not working. If something wrong with blick you can't go back and must close the application and start over. Platforms are not shown on the purchased tocket. Update Google pay is not working. When you try to pay it makes transaction with zero. BlIK. 1. Insert blick code 2. Confirm payment 3. Return request . For example, above the limit or there is not enough funds in the card. In this case you can't go back to select another payment method and must. Close the application.

Used to love the app. They now block you from taking a screenshot of your ticket, and then stop working when I needed to show the ticket to control... Just let me take a damn screenshot on my own phone
