Rubbish open app. Says update required click on link. I click on the android link. Google play store opens, options are open or uninstall. Click open - see above! Nearly 3 months later, still the same message, still no way to update. 6 months on, same message. 12 months on no change. No way to present a hard copy. Still the same message, now says suspended on a valid card. Utter rubbish, unfortunately our trade body says it's the only thing they use. Waste of time

Can't open it unless I perform an update. Just takes me around in circles. Impossible to use. Uninstall, cleared cache. Extremely frustrating and unusable. Just upgraded my S22 ultra with this issue, exact same on my S23 Ultra. Click the link to install update, select Android, opens playstore, says open or uninstall. Click open, takes you back to the start.

A good concept but poor delivery. I did some training and one of my cards is not showing up. I contacted the email for the support helpdesk to which I'm getting a bounce back message saying that the email address doesn't exist. There is no phone number either. There should be a functional support service to provide help when issues arise. Not happy with this

The password reset is not working, I'm trying to get my card for work since 2 weeks ago, and it is saying to try another time...on and on and on. Update: Got in touch with customer care, and everything sorted in coupple of hours, app working and my cards safe, so ill get back to 5 stars, thanks for quick reply.

Doesn't work! Closes app everytime I try to log in. Error message just reads 'This app has a bug, please update once provider has fixed'. Total waste of time. Just stick with the good old physical plastic card.

Absolutely rubbish. Still update issue. Been Over 6 months . Won't update Won't Show details. Just going round in Pointless Circles ..

Terms and Conditions say they may pass your details onto third parties for marketing purposes. Should not need to register at all and give information for a one off ticket, as it is not necessary (a legal requirement). UPDATE Developer replied they don't sell data. Checked Privacy Policy again and see loopholes eg Will share data with *prospective* buyers.

Terrible! Downloaded app as have a new phone, result - my card has disappeared. Asked to pay a subscription service to skillguard, then track down training provider.. to regain it.
