I've been attempting to complete surveys on Product Lab for several months. very few allow me to complete the survey. Many times, I am pre-qualified and spend 10-15 minutes on it, then i receive 0.02 for my efforts. There is always a reason. Answers indicate I am not eligible for this survey. Once I answered and gave all the diagnoses, this survey asked about, and still I was disqualified because the algorithm thought I was lying. I earned money with my Doordash wages.

Does not work on my Samsung android. Shows only one "Today's Offers." Other offers are listed underneath the first one but no way to scroll to them, meaning one only has access to the first survey on top. Uninstalled.

My app is freezing. I've been using this app for doordash for a year or so and never had issues. My app is up to date. I'm not sure what's going on, but can we get it fixed please?

1 Star because I was sent an email saying that I could cash out any time via paypal or venmo but when I click on cash out I keep getting a message saying they are still reviewing it. So I've received nothing. Fix this & I will change my rating. Otherwise just another bs app with false promises wasting my valuable time.

Free money can't hurt, but kind of sucks when you keep paying less and less even though the email I get says it's paying more.......

I would be leery of this app I had to jump through hoops to verify my identity and it never would go through.

I wish this app would stay consistent. In the few years I've been using it, their pay for uploading your Lyft stub has gone down from $7 to $5 to currently $4. They've also made it harder to upload Lyft stubs because they make you wait until you can download your weekly Lyft summary now, which takes at least 3 days from when the new Product Lab upload week starts on Monday. By then, you've probably forgotten about uploading it and missed the window. Not a bad app, but not great either.
