Very bad, I used it for more than a year and claimed more than 40$. I spent so many times for 0$. And when I asked to get them with my PayPal account they kept saying error try later. The next day my account has been blocked. I kept talking to the service contact but no response. Even worse, each time I contacted them, next day my message disappear. WASTE OF TIME. GIVE ME MY TIME BACK IF NOT LY MONEY !!!!! THIEFT

This app was good for the first 6 months. After that every few months it was giving me different problems which led to not being able to continue doing surveys, then after that , EVERY survey it would let me do was no more then 20¢. Now it WILL NOT even let me cash out. I have contacted support 8 times and it's still not resolved. I've been using the same cash out method since I've started with Zap so it's not on my end. So this app is BS

Don't waste your time with this app! It's very laggy and doesn't save progress if you accidentally hit home or get a call. You will endlessly complete surveys that don't pay and support always gives generic responses. It's not worth your effort or frustration ,especially when there are better alternatives. Use PaidViewpoint, Qmee, or really any other app instead. Good luck!

It is going very well. Even though I may not be the right fit for some. Takes a long time to get to the amount to cash out, but it works. Needs higher payouts though. Also they do not play around when it comes to cashing out. There verification is much more strict than some of the other companies, which is a good thing.

This app was working fine up until now. When I try to cash out with paypal, it says that it is not a verified account but I have never changed anything and I've had the same account for years. Please fix this because this was a great way to earn extra money and I've spent so much time on there for it not to let me cash out now.

First time user! I literally only had this app at most one week and was able to cashout $10.17 in 2 days. Although the payment took 2 days possibly because I did it on Saturday night but on Monday I received my payment. Easy surveys and reasonable offers to make it enjoyable, easy and fast!

It's a good way to get pocket money very slowly but sometimes it's annoying that I fully complete the survey where the ending screen is the company thanking me for completing and yet I don't get my rewards for it?? Fix this because I end up wasting time thinking I'm doing a survey for 30 cents and yet I only get 1 cent.
