No synchronization between logins web-based and app-based. I built my entire show from the web-based login and nothing transferred to the app. I had to rebuild my entire show on the app. frustrating waste of time. Every time I launched the app on my phone I had to log in with text-based email and password. No option for biometric. No option for it to remember me. Again, a waste of time. The app has some good points but they're overshadowed by a frustrating UX.

I have to login everytime I open the app. Then we I do login, I basically can only use the web app and not the app itself. Doesn't work well.

Never ever ever again allow a company to make their ad display every time you start the app. NEVER AGAIN. Im sure I speak on behalf of 100% of the people that use this app...
