A few too many limitations especially if you've been using it for as many years as I have. 1. If you enter a set wrong you can't edit it, have to delete the whole day and re-enter. 2. You can't change the default set numbers. After I was able to do week six day three I kept going and can do almost double those numbers but there is no way to enter new targets. 3. You have to change the timing every single day. I use 60s between sets and it would be nice to set that permanently. 4. You can't enter more than 100 for any set. Today I did 105, 80, 75, 70, 60 but it wouldn't let me enter the first set so I had to add five to the second. 5. Others may differ but I was up to a total of 300 before I could do 100 in one set, and that's way beyond the requirements for the hardest day on this app. Even now where I've done up to 390 and average around 360, some days I don't make it to 100 on the first set.

Prior to this recent update I would have given this app a 5. The new interface is not good. Stats... where's the line graph? My biggest complaint is the name change. I was on week 5 and the app just disappears. The old interface was incredibly simple and intuitive. This update was a miss in my opinion. Update - I still liked the old interface better, but now that I'm used to it it's ok. Oh... and I found the graph so I'm happier. Now if I can just get back to week 5 again.

Used this ap for years, it allowed me to learn to do military style pushups. I simply started by doing them from my knees but as soon as i could do 1 proper one this app helped me gain strenth in upper body. Wishlist: 1) option to switch off calorie count, as this is useless to me and clutters the screen 2) option to edit date, sometimes i forget to log my workout if i do it away from my phone, but still want to keep track. I recommend this app. It is simple and it works!

Can't edit if you accidentally put in the wrong number. You have to delete and re-enter. But other than that it's just way to expensive, a subscription?, Seriously? I MIGHT pay the 36$ yearly subscription fee for a lifetime app. But not for just for one year. It is a super clean looking app tho. I will say that.

Love this app. Started using the pro version years ago when I first started working out. Came back to it recently and like that you can now add your own exercises, change the frequency of days and sets for each exercise, and especially being able to create circuits. My only issue is that they only allow you to put no more than 10 exercises into a circuit. I really would like it if I could put 12 or 13 exercises into a circuit. Hopefully they can make that happen in the near future.

For me, my experience with this app was like this: I did the first training to see how many push-ups I can do without rest, I got a program and I did the first day. Next hour, I tried opening the app, it froze. I force closed the app, still freezing. I restarted my phone, the same outcome. Reinstalling the app fixed the problem, but again, after I opened it the first time, the second time still froze. Please fix the app, 'cause it's a good app but the freezing makes it impossible to use. Thanks!

The new update is great. the user interface is more visually appealing. However, the only negative comment I have about this update is that it doesn't include the line graph that tracks your progress in the stats section which was in the previous version. I really liked the line graph as it was clear how you're progressing and keeps you encouraged knowing that you're gaining progress. I hope you add it back and maybe make it even better as I found It very useful.
