Simply track what you eat, your symptoms and moods and Endive will help you identify correlations in a visual graph form.Food is a common trigger of digestive symptoms. Avoiding certain foods or keeping a low FODMAP diet can dramatically improve issues like gas, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation and others.
However, everyone is different and there is no one-size-fits-all IBS diet: Keeping a diary of what you eat and how you feel is vital to learning what triggers your symptoms.
Take charge of your digestion and gut health.
📉PERSONALISED TRACKER
Add custom foods and symptoms that are personal to you and track them together with the others. Endive knows recipes and breaks them down into ingredients to make IBS tracking faster and more efficient.
If you have a condition you know about, but want to optimise your diet to help improve your symptoms, Endive helps you keep track of what you have eaten and how you feel, both physically and psychologically. This allows you to learn how your body reacts to different foods 🥑, or which triggers (e.g. anxiety, depression) are causing you symptoms.

I've used several apps to track my IBS-C. I know the developer is still working on this app, but so far I like it. They have a great selection of food items and recipes already in the database. You can easily adjust the recipes, too. After every entry it asks you to rate your triggers (bloating, constipation, etc) which I LOVE! I'm so bad about tracking those. There is no export option yet, which I hope comes soon. Using the free version and there are no ads, either.

The visual symptom chart gets cluttered very fast if you deal with multiple symptoms regularly. There's no way to zoom in. You have to add symptoms every time you add a meal or else it drops all of your symptoms to zero. If it's past midnight and you try to add anything from the previous day, you can't just scroll back by hours, you have to scroll back an entire day and then scroll forward to the correct time. There's no way to export your data to share.

i appreciate the simplicity and interface, although I'd like a little more ability to see data in different ways - isolating individual symptoms/triggers in particular. also, editing a meal seems to duplicate it in some cases, which seems like a bug.

Hello, , 1) when adding a note to a post after foods are added, if there are too many foods added (eg. Raspberry cheesecake with all the ingredients listed), when my keyboard pops up it blocks the field where I am adding my note. Please adjust the UI so the note screen is not blocked by the keyboard. 2) make symptoms drag-able for reordering(prioritizing) 3) provide separate prompt for simple sleep time & duration logging

This is the most intuitive and easy tracking app I've used. They clearly put thought into its design.

not diagnosed with IBS, but this is the best app I've seen to help with my own research before a doctor visit. and the fact that what I need is free is very helpful.

Lots of promise, but missing the main point. Interface is great and I love that it understands ingredients not just dishes without me adding lots of custom recipes. However it does nothing to help identify correlation between diet and symptoms. Surely pattern spotting is the whole point and what software should be good at. Switching app as this is missing (trying kiwi) Also needs to be able to set times for reminders.

The first app that convices me properly! I like the way it is visualised and how easy it is to use and adapt. But what convinced me most is that I had a bug yesterday, where my export to pdf wasn't working and I contacted their customer service and I got a reply within a few hours and today the bug was fixed and a new version released. I have rarely seen such fast and helpful response from a (partially) free app! Great service :)
