I like the headphones it's just everything else. The main thing being is the constant "Grind connection" after the case has been closed is very annoying...I shouldn't have to open and close my case 10 times for it to disconnect. I can't even swipe the notification away to cancel it. I don't even know why the app exists, I can't customise anything for my headphones.

Update!!!!: They now connect to the app!! And I can say it's a very user friendly. My main reason for the app was to be able to know battery life since the headphones themselves control everything else. But I enjoy skullcandy products so in the future I'll be able to add more products to the same app. Got the Crusher Evo's, but since they won't connect to the app, I don't know how operational the app is. When fixed, I will re-review.

app is really well designed and presented, I love the personal sound setting as I personally think it makes my crusher evos sound even better, connectivity with my headphones occasionally breaks for me in the app like once a month but reinstalling usually fixes it, and it saves my personal sound profile when reinstalling so I don't have to re-set up everything again which is neat.

There was literally no reason at all this app needed to be made. The earbuds I have worked perfectly fine before now they do not work at all. Skullcandy wasted their money and time making an app for a bluetooth device. Every other bluetooth device I've ever used works perfectly without a separate app. If I could give skullcandy -100 stars, I would. Once again, a company is trying to fix what isn't broken and failing miserably.

I had tried to connect my Crusher Evos to this app with my Motorola phone when I had bought them about a month or two ago and it kept saying that they weren't in close enough proximity and refused to connect. I contacted customer support and no matter how many times I tried to specify my issue, I just kept getting generic troubleshoot responses that I had already said I had tried countless times. Even after all this time, this issue still has yet to be fixed. I will check again next month.

This app is so bad it s actually impressive, it takes 2 to 3 times to detect that you're headphones are connected or not, I have 4 different sound profiles created 2 of them that I can t even turn on again for some reason, my battery percentage on the app is 76 even tho the headphones are fully charged. And for some reason I don't know if it s an issue with the app or support is dropped for this pair but I haven't received an update for my Crusher Anc 1 since I got them, it s been almost 3 years

Terrible app. Won't connect at all Returning Push Active ANC's because of it. $100 for buds and they come with no Tile, no nothing. Just an app you can't even connect with and super sensitive touch controls. At least there's a list of supported products so I can avoid them, that's useful.

Edit: Holy cow, wow. Fixed within a day after leaving a frustrated review. That was literally the only negative thing, but it was bothersome enough to motivate a review. 5 out of 5 stars, thanks to their team for responding and fixing it. "Location required for bluetooth" love the controls and my earbuds, but what a useless requirement. Nothing about headphones or earbuds require location, I'm not getting map directions from earbud.
